Georgi Angelov is a senior economist at the Open Society Institute - Sofia. He is also a member of the Governing Board of the Bulgarian macroeconomic Association and member of the American Economic Association. He graduated from the Finance Committee at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. Part of the Network for the Study of fiscal affairs at the French Institute IREF, is an expert at CBPP - Washington to develop the international index of budget transparency.
